Job description

Main duties/responsibilities and any tools/technology needed for this role:
Lead a team of on/off shore support for a TcUA (TeaCliententer Unified Architecture version 12) environment with Active WorkSpace. Perform support for about 1500 users largely in the US from our Milwaukee, WI headquarters (can be remote first 6 months) and manage a team of 2-3 resources in India. This will include the following:
Scope and Objectives
Involved in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools like TeaCliententer to related tools like CAD, Active WorkSpace, and Tesis T4X.
Involved in day to day support management and integration between Siemens TeaCliententer UA with SAP and other engineering software used across the organization.
Working on tickets tat get reported in the afternoon (as India resources will be unavailable)
On each ticket, translate business need to technical work as needed (5-20% of all tickets).
Architecting solution for issues in Siemens TeaCliententer UA and Enterprise.
Point of contact for Siemens TeaCliententer requirements, clarifications, discussions with clients, technical lead, and manager.
Assist team with issue resolutions and client communication.
Task allocation and prioritization.
Escalation and de-escalation of the issues.
Provide direct support on priority issues during client business hours when the offshore team is not available.
Providing service requests upon request.
Supervising the monitoring activities.
Nice to have: Creating industrial product configurators taking input form sales and drive end to end product development through TeaCliententer (Manufacturing) and SAP (Sales).
Nice to have: DOMO and other reporting tools, Service Now dashboard, CAD Interfaces such as ITI SWIM and IPEM, JT, CR/CN, SQL Server experience
Provide technical leadership in ongoing issues.
Assist team in the continuous process and technical improvements.
Coordinate project handovers and support transition.
Key Deliverables and Milestones
Management of Engineering Support Team
Status reporting as needed
Analyzing the business process and providing best solution to the users.
Solution consulting to Services projects, providing guidance through the complexity of solution architecture of various TeaCliententer and other software solutions.
Architecting new modules in system or providing business a way to achieve their goals using whats already in the system.
Lead Incident and problem management.
Provide support and/or training to end users on various aspects of TeaCliententer UA.
Primary Skill Set for this role: Team Center Unified Architecture
must-have skills for this role:
o Team Center Unified Architecture
o Product Lifecycle Management
o SAP MM
o T4S,
o CAD(Creo/Solidworks) procedures and
o Active Workspace (Active workspace[AWC] configuration/support and development is required).
Years of experience required for each skill:Roughly 4 to 5 yrs
nice-to-have skills:
o Coordination and interaction with offshore team
Role Option: Remote work up until June but then they must be onsite
Chances for extension: Best estimate now is that this is a 2 to 3 yr role (possible extension)
