Expected salary range of $90,900 to $101,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management program at Constellation Energy. This role will work closely with functions across the organization in all aspects of Risk Management, from identification through to reporting to various audiences.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of the ERM framework, including risk identification, assessment, response, monitoring, and reporting processes.
- Conduct or support risk assessments and work with business units to identify and evaluate potential risks and their potential impact on the organization's objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk response and action plans as appropriate.
- Monitor and report on risk exposures and trends to senior management and or risk committees as appropriate.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Risk Management tools and systems.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to ERM.
- Assist in the development and delivery of Risk Management training programs to increase risk awareness across the organization and or provide guidance to business units on Risk Management practices and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to Risk Management as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Management, ERM, audit, compliance, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Moderate to strong knowledge of ERM principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
