Under moderate supervision, the Application Analyst would act as a liaison between the customer and the installation team within the Teller processing application. They would be responsible for all aspects of installing and supporting new or installed software for the Teller application. This may include customer preparation, environmental/parameter setup, product training, and problem resolution support. The hours are Monday -Friday, 8am to 5pm CST and the ideal candidate must be able to work a 7 day/24 hour on call rotation including weekends and holidays.

• Provides remote software installation services. Ensures software applications are installed and fully functional.
• Consults with customers to define parameters within the software application.
• Trains the customer on use and feature functionality of the application.
• Provides software support/guidance by answering questions on function, features usage of software products.
• Notifies appropriate personnel of any application issues.
• Identifies/maintains customer issues and ensures proper resolution.
• Prepares training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.

• Minimum of 2 years of operations experience in a financial institution.
• Ability to work rotating on-call shift.

• Teller Capture Processing and Back-office processing.
• Experience within an information technology (IT) related field.
