SalaryKings Cove is looking for an experienced Apartment Manager to run a 294 unit apartment community Duties include overseeing maintenance , scheduling contractors, scheduling units to be ready for move in, type up leases, post rent ,post bills , handle any resident issues. leasing units and getting move in packet ready
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
