Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are in search of The Best Apartment Maintenance Techs in Cincinnati to join our team. SNS provides each tech with a company work van fully stocked with tools they need and compensates our techs well above the industry standard. We do this because we know the best techs who know their craft, take pride in their work, and fix things right the first time are well worth it.

SNS Maintenance Technicians not only maintain the physical integrity and safety of our properties, but they also work to anticipate, identify, and correct any and all problems at the property and implement preventive measures to ensure a safe, enjoyable living experience for our residents.

Job Duties:

• Perform any and all property maintenance needs, including but not limited to repair of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems, and appliances.

Requirements:

• Pass in-person skills assessment
• Maintenance or "maintenance person" experience
• Good written and oral communications
• Basic technology skills using a smartphone
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Competitive Salary and Structure:

• Up to $25/hr depending on skill level and qualifications.
• Company provided 2016 or newer work van fully stocked with tools.
• All fuel and maintenance for work van covered.
• Typical Monday- Friday 8-5 schedules with occasional overtime and on-call
• 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) and two weeks of Unpaid Time Off (UPTO).
• 6 Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (employees may pre-approve an alternate holiday schedule with their manager)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
