As our Service Technician II, you take care of each and every apartment as if it was your own; you make it a home for our residents to move into. Each faceplate is secure, kitchen drawers open and close with ease, garbage disposals are in working order, accent walls are painted to perfection, and every inch of the apartment is exactly as it should be. You take pride in your work and every detail is scrutinized.
Qualifications:Must haves:
Positive attitude

Sense of humor
On call availability
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
Excellent customer service
Understanding of basic areas of home maintenance
Great to haves:
Prior experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and groundskeeping
The compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
