Santa Fe Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Tech who is looking for long term stable employment.
There are 4 areas that break down this position: finish work, working in occupied apartments for resident requests, plumbing repairs and plumbing emergencies.
Job Duties are but not limited to the following:
Performance of all maintenance and repairs at each property.
Work orders must be completed promptly and efficiently
Routinely inspect buildings, roofs and common areas
Maintain each storeroom in an orderly and clean manner
Appliance repair
Unclogging drains, clearing disposals
Replacing lights and fixtures
Patching and painting repairs, carpentry
HVAC repairs
Replace electrical outlets
Caulking
Flooring repairs, etc...
You must own your own hand tools, have a reliable truck, must have a good history of dependability and job performance, (preferably two years in the industry), must provide valid drivers license and current vehicle insurance,
You must have good credit, be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must have good verbal and hand written skills and be able to work with vendors, other Maintenance techs as well as on-site staff and supervisors.
