Maintenance Technician 2

We are currently hiring several Maintenance Technicians to assist with day-to-day repairs and general maintenance requests. No experience necessary!

Responsibilities include:

• Completion of general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, woodwork, floor, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, general labor, and life-safety equipment.
• Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
• Assists in apartment turnover completion, including remodeling units.
• Accurately records work activities performed.
• Clean worksite after job completion.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
• Must be able to sit, bend, crawl, kneel, and reach.
• Must be able to traverse worksite in different types of weather.
• Must be able to navigate uneven terrain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $36.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
