Apartment Maintenance Technician At Garden Grove Apartments

With our robust training programs, you will have the opportunity to obtain a CPO and/or HVAC certifications.

Qualifications:

• Prefer at least 2 years’ experience in Apartment Maintenance or craft experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Ability to work weekends. This position will have two consecutive days off, with a set schedule.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Range $21.00-$22.00
