Apartment Maintenance

We are seeking a Maintenance person to become part of our team for a 24 unit apartment complex in Coolidge. Work 20 hours/week Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 am to 5 pm. LIVE ON-SITE a requirement.

Compensation = monthly salary plus free 2 bedroom apartment and paid utilities.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Painting
• Light Plumbing
• Cleaning
• Grounds

Maintenance Qualifications:

• Maintenance Experience (3 years)
• Able to do Painting and Light Plumbing
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
• Groundskeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
• Painting: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
