Analyzer Service Technician
Team KECO: Who are we and what do we do? KECO provides field proven process analyzers to the gas processing, pipeline, refining, chemical, biogas, and water processing industries worldwide. Process analyzers are on-line tools for industrial process analytics. They are used to determine the chemical composition or physical properties of substances involved in industrial processes. They enable process optimization, asset protection, and compliance with environmental regulations. KECO analyzers are designed to help our customers measure levels of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, VOCs, hydrocarbons, and total sulfur content in their water, oil, and natural gas. These analyzers can be found all around the world in several different industries. KECO analyzers help protect people and the environment and also save our customers time, efficiency, and money by identifying these hazardous compounds in real-time.

Job Summary This entry-level role involves assembling analyzer sub-components and assembling, wiring, and tubing analyzer panels and custom control panels as well as assisting in other facility functions such as maintaining a safe manufacturing environment. Will train as needed.
Tasks/Responsibilities
- Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
- Point-to-point wiring and testing according to work instructions, schematics, and SOPs.
- Piping/tubing to process connections and testing according to flow diagrams, layout drawings, and SOPs.
- Testing sub-components and finished goods to maintain quality control by adhering to SOPs.
- Ensure traceability by maintaining accurate production documentation.
- Strictly follow company standard operating procedures to maintain safety and quality control.
- Utilize personal protection equipment (PPE) properly to prevent accidents
- Assist in shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Maintain safe and secure shop/manufacturing environment including repairs and preventative protocols
- Identify quality or efficiency problems and recommend solutions.
- Perform other similar duties as requested, directed, or assigned

- High school or equivalent

- Mechanically inclined

- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in the manufacturing of industrial panels

- Detail Oriented
Preferred
- Associates degree in technical field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical components (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in the manufacturing of industrial panels (preferred)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and other system design drawings (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in electrical wiring/manufacturing of industrial control panels (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in tube bending (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in the energy sector (preferred)
- Knowledgeable of safety standards and PPE within a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
