About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Director...

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Enterprise AI teams to develop Gen AI related infrastructure for CB to accelerate the Gen AI capability development within CB.
  • Work with modeling COE team, engineering teams, and other stake holders across CB and Wells Fargo to execute and deliver the products.
  • Interpret and develop a range of guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives while developing a culture of talent development.
  • Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies, or industry forums
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior leadership to predict current and future needs and achieve consistent application of definitions, measurements, and interpretation.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 8+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5+ years in AI/ML product development experience
  • 4+ years of management experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a large, complex financial services firm
  • Product management and process design experience
  • Prior experience and understanding of financial services industry regulation related to data and analytics.
  • Superior analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
  • Experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise environment.
  • Ability to facilitate large cross-functional meetings and negotiating priorities, solutions, outcomes.

Pay Range

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
