Position Summary
As an IAM (Identity and Access Management Solution Center Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions with the organization. You will work closely with the IAM teams to ensure the effective management of user identities, access controls, and security policies. The IAM Solution Center Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues, as well as providing guidance and support to end-users. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance processes and procedures for optimal efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of identity governance, access management, and privilege management concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with security protocols, compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- IAM certification, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Experience with IAM Implementation and integration projects.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as C++, MySQL, PowerShell, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud based IAM solutions, such as AWS IAM.
- Experience wit identity federation, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication mechanisms.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management principles.
- Experience working in a regulatory industry, such as finance or healthcare.
- Proven track record of implementing IAM solutions that enhance security posture and efficiency.
Education
Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Or a related field.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$55,620.00 - $111,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
