Analyst, Talent Acquisition

TheTalent Acquisition Analyst (HRIS) role will provide advanced metrics to support Pennymac’s successful Talent Acquisition organization.  You’ll apply quantitative analysis, data mining and data visualization techniques to shape the recruiting strategy. The Talent Acquisition Analyst responsibilities include driving system process automation and standardization, creating analytical models and dashboards, producing operational KPIs, and partners with the Recruiting teams to support the organization in meeting Pennymac's overall hiring goals.

• Support recruiting leadership in developing organization-wide analytics capability.
• Lead the recruiting data and insights initiatives including scope requirements, design and support adoption for all recruiting dashboards in partnership with HR Analytics and HRIS teams
• Gather, analyze, and present recruitment data to streamline and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and hiring roadmap
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting for evolving business needs, time-sensitive data requests, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with program managers to define goals, tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks.
• Write, maintain and support a variety of reporting queries through a variety of reporting tools (IBM Cognos Business Intelligence software and iCIMS software)
• Learn and enhance hiring systems and applications.
• Monitor and improve job postings to reflect requirements, culture and maintain accuracy.
• Complete audits, update reports to support recruitment activities and maintain data integrity, quality control & compliance standards through analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

• 2+ years’ experience in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in Recruiting and/or Human Resources
• Technical proficiency: Advanced in MS Excel/Google sheets, and ATS data analysis
• Ability to lead initiatives across multiple recruiting areas and communicate findings with leadership and recruiting teams to quickly turn insights into actions
• Understanding of complex statistical methods, and/or experience with a programming language and complex statistical methods (regressions, random forest, etc.) is a plus as you will be partnering with our People Analytics team in understanding and delivery of Recruiting requirements
• Experience in Recruiting or Human Resources technologies. Experience using iCIMS ATS, and UKG HRIS desired

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
