The Analyst, FF&E Procurement Support - Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) will assist the Team Manager in planning and organizing sourcing and delivering supply management functions for a focused service brand in GCM and other APAC regions if required. This role is a key member to ensure the quality products and services purchased at the lowest total cost through professional sourcing activities while adhering to Hilton brand standards and operating procedures.
What will I be doing?
As the Analyst, FF&E Procurement Support - Greater China & Mongolia, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Perform cost analysis and documentation work for RFP activities and Purchase Order management.
- Support FF&E sourcing programs; frequently communicate with suppliers/manufacturers and cross-functional teams.
- Support Project Procurement service for franchisees of HGI China.
- Effectively manage supplier contacts and product info, inclusive of catalogue content, product specifications, photographs and descriptions, pricing and file retention.
- Perform data management and analysis on the e-procurement platform; liaise with 3rd party service provider.
- Ensure on-time update and data accuracy in Hilton's operating systems such as SmartSpend, intranet.

- Bachelor's Degree
- No experience in procurement or supply chain experience is requirement, ideally with hospitality experience or coordination/communication work.
- Strong analytics and writing skills
- Willing to learn new knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Excellent numeracy and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Travel up to 30%
