As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share within the automotive trim sector. HFI is a leading Tier 2 Automotive Trim Company in Canal Winchester, Ohio, specializing in delivering high-quality automotive trim solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, motivation, and professional development.
  • Identify new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt strategies and secure a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

  • Deep understanding of the automotive trim industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
