This position is responsible for providing Property and Casualty industry statistical and Regulatory Reporting expertise to the Quanata organization.
Your day-to-day
- Develops, documents, implements, monitors and maintains Property & Casualty insurance statistical and Regulatory Reporting materials and processes for Quanata to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conducts research and analysis, responds to questions, makes recommendations, and develops solutions in area of expertise and responsibility
- Compiles, prepares, and interprets insurance business data and results
- Promotes compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operating controls
- Develops credibility and collaborative relationships within Quanata Finance and Insurance business areas as well as with affiliates and vendors. Actively seeks input on critical decisions to achieve buy-in, on-going support, and cooperation to achieve department goals
- Develops, reviews and/or delivers communications/presentations to a wide variety of audiences
- Maintains awareness of current legislative and regulatory requirements
- Works with Quanata business and data analysts to document requirements for statistical and Regulatory Reporting for automated or integrated reporting outputs
- Monitors and/or performs the execution of statistical and Regulatory Reporting to ensure adherence with requirements
- Performs UAT as necessary to validate that reporting output from Quanata systems meets requirements and business expectations
About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Six or more years of statistical and or Regulatory Reporting experience or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of statistical and Regulatory Reporting to implement and maintain effective reporting programs
- Self starter with effective organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactively seeks out new solutions
- Problem solving, decision making and continuous process improvement skills
- Partnering, influencing and communication skills
- Ability to convey key elements in a concise and positive manner

Salary: $119,000 - $161,000*
- Please note that the final salary offered will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, and experience, as well as the internal salary structure at Quanata. Our aim is to offer a competitive and equitable compensation package that reflects the candidate's expertise and contributions to our organization.

- Hours: We maintain core meeting hours from 9AM - 3PM Pacific time for collaborating with team members across all time zones.
