Role Overview:
As an Analysis Director, you will collaborate with Industry Leaders and Engagement Directors, managing the analysis process from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, leading the analysis team, and achieving successful go-ahead engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring optimal engagement and adherence to the analysis timeline.
- Guarantee client satisfaction throughout the analysis, leading decision-making processes.
- Conduct impactful meetings, including Interim Review, Decision Briefing, and Final Presentations.
- Lead the analysis team in building credible business cases and securing client go-ahead.
- Collaborate with Practice leadership to set direction for the analysis study plan.
- Oversee the development of the business case, ensuring data analysis supports key findings.
- Support sales/business development with pre-analysis assessments and scope planning.
- Train and coach Analysis Associate(s) on team management, client engagement, and tool application.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, etc.).
- Minimum of 10 years in consultative sales, project management, or analytical experience.
- Proven success in building relationships with C-level customers.
- Previous experience in targeted industries and TVO focus areas.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 85%.
- This is a remote position.
- Previous experience in MP related industry is strongly preferred (i.e. PE, Chemicals, F&B, IMS, O&G) -
- Previous experience in selling & managing analysis in the Consulting industry
