Responsibilities:
- Drive business process optimization.
- Own and manage Reforecast, Annual Budget, and 3-year Strategic Plan, with insights into P&L and Cash Flows.
- Lead Financial Analysis, identifying and managing risks and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to maintain accurate Reforecasts across various business channels.
- Take an active leadership role in current and upcoming business systems migrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to enhance financial acumen.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial and financial reporting roles.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering business results through risk and opportunity identification and Planning.
- Experience in generating and presenting insights to align stakeholders on next steps.
- Financial planning and analysis experience in production or operations enterprise, preferably in wine production.
- Advanced-Power User in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, Vintrace, Salesforce; AMS & ERP System Migrations a bonus.
- Advanced capabilities in forecasting and building advanced models from scratch.
- Experience navigating in a high-level ambiguous environment and leading business systems and process optimization.
- Proven success in various business systems migrations.
