We are excited to bring a US-basedAmazonPerformance Marketing & Growth Manageronto our team.As theAmazon Performance Marketing & Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Beekman 1802's presence on Amazon through effective advertising strategies, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Scope includes: create and optimize campaigns, identify opportunities for growth, create learning agenda via testing focused on ads, growth & demand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Amazon Growth strategies aligned with overall business goals, focusing on driving sales(total and incremental) andincreasing brand visibility on platform
- Use media to accelerate the AMZN flywheel and penetrate organically
- Manage end-to-end Amazon advertising campaigns, including keyword research (BR and NB), campaign setup, budget management, competitive analysis, non-branded keyword expansion,and performance analysis
- Identify and execute in white space areas proactively
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metricsto achieve maximum growth potential while balancing return on ad spend
- Manage AMZN Vine program for all ASINs eligible, including sales performance pre and post reviews
- Maintain consistent communications with AMZN Premium Beauty Team on Issues
- Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to ensure that advertising efforts are aligned with product launches, promotions, and overall brand messaging, balanced against where Brand is winning on AMZN
- Stay current with industry trends, Amazon algorithm updates, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a strong market position
- Utilize Amazon's advertising tools and platforms effectively, while exploring innovative solutions to enhance campaign Performance and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in AMZN Ads, ideally as Seller
- Adegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, with a strong track record of driving sales and achieving ROAS targets (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and CAT, PH and EX are all a must
- Proficiency in utilizing Amazon Advertising Console, Stackline/JungleScout (or similar platform), Pacvue (or similar), Helium10 (or similar). Certification is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data interpretation to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvements.
- Strong detail-oriented drive to parse through keywords and optimize media spend on a daily / weekly basis, with some project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Interest or experience in skincare industry a plus
- Experience in identifying and conquesting other brands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Fluent in MS Excel (Pivot tables, Index/Match, Vlookup, etc.)
