Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
Job Summary
Aloha Systems Administrator, you will install, perform configurations, document, maintain, and troubleshoot Server and Networking equipment, and associated tasks that support core network functions and services. This role will support IT systems for On The Border Restaurant Support Center and Restaurants.
Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions
- Build an Aloha Configuration Center database and troubleshoot from a new store perspective.
- Configure, test, maintain and support software and hardware integrations with Aloha POS.
- Support delivery, installation, and configuration of hardware and software
- Install laptop imaging and software installation
- Manage users and groups in the domain
- Implement security policies where needed.
- Support off-site and remote users to assure network functionality.
- Support delivery, installation, and configuration of hardware and software
- Document and maintain accurate records of service activities, including detailed descriptions of issues and resolutions.
- Ability to work rotating on call schedule
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Solid understanding of Point of Sales concepts, hardware components, and software applications.
- Able to communicate with restaurants, employees, and vendors professionally and courteously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the retail and food service industry.
- Power to multitask in a highly dynamic environment.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Experience with Aloha Configuration Center
- Experience with Aloha and QSR Kitchen
