MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience- Responsible for the selection, development, and supervision of all department Maintenance personnel
- Provide strategic leadership in aircraft asset management for all Charter Communications owned and leased aircraft
- Responsible for the planning, monitoring, and executing of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications and repairs performed on Charter Communications aircraft
- Responsible for all Maintenance expenditures to include identifying and approving vendors, ensure contract service requirements are met and monitor vendor accounting expenses
- Interface with fellow Leadership Team members and corporate partners to leverage all resources available for the successful execution of the department mission
- Responsible for the efficient timely and safe upkeep of Charter aircraft
- Oversee all line maintenance and monitor outside maintenance
- Remain available for aircraft departures and arrivals
- Oversee the inventory control and tool control programs
- Oversee resolution of on-the-road (OTR) Maintenance issues
- Partner with Corporate IT regarding onboard connectivity and cybersecurity
- Oversee all aircraft cleaning and detailing activities
- Establish and achieve Team Performance Goals
- Act as the primary liaison with the FAA on maintenance
- Ensure accuracy of MX content in Flight Operations Manual (FOM)
- Ensure that long-term Maintenance plans are aligned with Charter’s objectives
- Lead the preparation of the annual MX operating and capital budgets and ensure proper resources are allocated to this team
- Actively manage risk assessment and mitigation of Maintenance processes
- Monitor the hangar environment for safety
- Ensure that the facility complies with all applicable OSHA/EPA standards to include coordinating all maintenance safety reporting activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English- Familiarity with FAA FAR Part 91 operations
- Broad knowledge of the maintenance of corporate aircraft, aircraft systems and troubleshooting of business aviation aircraft
- Extensive experience in aircraft troubleshooting, advanced avionics, hydraulics, pneumatic and electrical systems analysis
- Capable of managing the resolution of simultaneous, complex technical issues across a fleet of aircraft
- Strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to influence effectively at the executive level
- Effective project management skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

The pay for this position has a salary range of $135,300.00 to $240,100.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
