JOB DESCRIPTION:

SAIC is seeking a qualified Requirements Management Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFAMS) office in Orlando, Florida.
As a member of the Requirements Management Support team, under government direction, you will provide support services in collaboration with AFAMS Requirements Managers (RM) for: Air, Space and Cyber Constructive Environment (ASCCE); Simulator Common, Architecture, Requirements and Standards (SCARS); and emerging synthetic environments as identified by the MSR Division Chief.
· Requirements Management and Identification
o Assist RMs with operational training requirements collection, capabilities gap analysis, and assisting with developing M&S requirements to overcome capability gaps
o Based on government direction, track and report documented stakeholder requirements using government identified system(s)
· Stakeholder and user community engagements
o Support stakeholder and user community working group planning and execution.
· Support RM coordination with stakeholders and development organizations.
o Implement support agreements including, but not limited to: Memorandums of Agreement (MOA); Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and User Agreements (UA)
· Decision Support
o Support stakeholder and user community working group planning and execution.
o Provide reports and analyses during all phases of the AFAMS identified Requirements Management processes and workflows.
o Ensure all relevant requirements data is stored and available for use in government identified Knowledge Management (KM) systems.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Qualifications:
· US Citizen with the ability to obtain an active Secret Clearance, with potential to upgrade to TS/SCI and Special Access Program upon government notification
· Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience working in DoD Operational Training
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
· Joint M&S experience in DoD Joint Live Virtual and Constructive (JLVC) modeling and simulation
· Knowledge of the operational training environment, the USAF MAJCOM structure, Systems Engineering and requirements development
