CACI is seeking a qualified Requirements Management Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFAMS) office in Orlando, Florida.
As a member of the Requirements Management Support team, under government direction, you will provide support services in collaboration with AFAMS Requirements Managers (RM) for: Air, Space and Cyber Constructive Environment (ASCCE); Simulator Common, Architecture, Requirements and Standards (SCARS); and emerging synthetic environments as identified by the MSR Division Chief.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Assist RMs with operational training requirements collection, capabilities gap analysis, and assisting with developing M&S requirements to overcome capability gaps.
- Based on government direction, track and report documented stakeholder requirements using government identified system(s).
- Support stakeholder and user community working group planning and execution.
- Implement support agreements including, but not limited to: Memorandums of Agreement (MOA); Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and User Agreements (UA).
- Support stakeholder and user community working group planning and execution.
- Provide reports and analyses during all phases of the AFAMS identified Requirements Management processes and workflows.
- Ensure all relevant requirements data is stored and available for use in government identified Knowledge Management (KM) systems.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active TS clearance.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience working in DoD Operational Training.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Joint M&S experience in DoD Joint Live Virtual and Constructive (JLVC) modeling and simulation.
- Knowledge of the operational training environment, the USAF MAJCOM structure, Systems Engineering and requirements development.
