Air Conditioning Dispatch Office Personnel

Express Air Conditioning and Heating is a leading provider of Air Conditioning and heating services in Pensacola, FL. We are looking for reliable, organized, and efficient Air Conditioning Dispatch Office Personnel to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process service requests from customers
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations
• Monitor technician progress and communicate updates to customers
• Ensure timely completion of service calls
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and completion times
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in dispatch or customer service preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and service management software
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology preferred
