Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate NSPS Subpart OOOO annual report submittals to regulatory agencies
- Maintain and monitor the engine testing schedule
- Coordinate NSPS Subpart OOOOa semi-annual optical gas imaging (OGI) camera surveys
- Review and process completed surveys
- Submit reports to regulatory agencies
- Communicate with client and survey company (pre-survey)
- Generate and submit annual GHG reporting forms using the EPA online reporting system for onshore oil and natural gas production, processing, and distribution facilities
- Perform emissions inventory reporting for multiple onshore natural gas processing and production facilities
- Prepare and submit annual/semi-annual reports for Title V facilities
Key Requirements
- 3 + years administrative experience ideally working with or for local, state, or federal agencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail with capacity to work on multiple projects at any given time
- Extremely well organized with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- Efficient and effective problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable of or willing to learn regulations regarding environmental compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BSc Degree preferred although not essential
- Previous experience working within a complex regulated industry advantageous
