KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement strategies to optimize content discoverability and accessibility within the knowledge base, including metadata tagging, keyword optimization, and content organization techniques.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to chatbot usage, knowledge base engagement, and technical support metrics, and generate regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy development within the AI Solutions team.
- Conduct rigorous testing of chatbot responses and knowledge base functionality to ensure reliability, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues related to chatbot interactions, knowledge base access, and information retrieval.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate chatbot performance metrics, knowledge base usage statistics, and user feedback to iterate on strategies for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the AI solutions provided.
- Develop training materials and documentation for internal team members and end-users on how to interact with chatbots effectively, navigate the knowledge base, and troubleshoot common issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and business analysts, to integrate chatbot and knowledge base solutions seamlessly into existing workflows and systems.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of data analysis and machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and software testing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively curate content, communicate technical concepts, and provide support to users.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in content creation, data analysis, and quality assurance testing.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and address user queries effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, including developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
- Adaptability to evolving requirements and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities within the AI Solutions team.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and support to end-users.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The salary for this remote role is in the range of $60,000 annual salary. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
