In this role, you’ll be part on the NextGen HCM product team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Human Resources solutions that are easy, smart, and human-centric. Leveraging your expertise in Conversational/Generative AI and machine learning, you will drive the creation of features that that not only captivate but truly resonate with users on an emotional level. Your expertise will empower our solutions to anticipate and address user needs with unparalleled foresight and sensitivity, setting a new standard for human-centric innovation in the HR technology landscape.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of AI-driven solutions that redefine the employee experience in a human-centric way.
- Drive the development of natural language processing (NLP) and understanding (NLU) capabilities to create intuitive conversational interfaces, with a strong emphasis on prompt engineering to craft engaging and effective dialogue flows.
- Understand the evolving needs of our clients and translate them into intuitive and impactful product features.
- Work with Product Managers and business leaders, helping them explore the art of the possible with generative AI and machine learning.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in developing engaging conversational experiences.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch.
- Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable product strategies that drive business growth.
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that genuinely improve their lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years experience in HR Technology Solutions in an enterprise SaaS environment is preferred with 10+ years Product experience.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $119,900.00 – $321,390.00 / Year
