Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
-Answer phone calls and check voicemail - Complete the daily cleaning duties.
- Assist Tennis Pro with events, matches, etc.
- Collect and process guest fees, payments for merchandise, etc.
- Coordinate with Tennis Pro to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling payments and reconciling accounts
