About us

The mission of the Child Development Center is to cooperate with parents to nurture the development of enthusiasm, confidence and early life skills that are necessary for each child’s success in school and later life. We strive to give all children the affection, encouragement and training that is essential for achievement and fulfillment in coming years.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Teach students using a variety of engaging and interactive methods
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment
- Provide additional support to students who require special education services or tutoring

-Complete daily cleaning responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom

Qualifications:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of childhood development and effective teaching strategies
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First aid certification (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
