Work Hours: 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Hourly Rate: $30 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities:
As an After School Sports Coach, you will be responsible for providing engaging and dynamic Sports Coaching sessions for students in flag football, basketball, and/or soccer. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for sports, have experience working with students in a sports setting, and be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Reliable Transportation Required.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Engaging Sports Sessions:
Conduct Engaging Sports Sessions:
- Develop and implement fun and interactive coaching sessions in flag football, basketball, and/or soccer.
- Focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Ensure Student Safety:
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of students during all coaching sessions.
- Implement appropriate safety protocols and procedures.
Promote Inclusivity:
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for students of all skill levels.
- Encourage teamwork and cooperation among participants.
Communicate Effectively:
- Maintain clear and open communication with students, parents, and school staff.
- Provide regular updates on student progress and achievements.
Equipment Management:
- Ensure that all sports equipment is in good condition and properly maintained.
- Organize and store equipment in an orderly manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of one-year experience coaching flag football, basketball, and/or soccer in a school or community setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coaching certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of flag football, basketball, and/or soccer rules and techniques.
- Familiarity with various coaching strategies for different age groups.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
