The Aesthetician is responsible for analyzing clients' skin types, determining and performing needed procedures to enhance and/or improve facial skin. Confers with clients to determine desired outcomes and executes treatment plans accordingly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Performs aesthetic treatments (facials, peels, microdermabrasion, etc.) along with advanced medical aesthetics.
- Educates aesthetic patients on options for skin improvement.
- Contacts patients to follow-up on treatments and promotional offers, new treatments, events, and other services offered by practice.
- Maintains and updates patient treatments, contact, and follow-up information in patient management system.
- Tracks, maintains, and orders supplies.
- Performs clinical duties such as: PDT Blue Light, Excimer Laser, Hydrafacials and Coolscultping.
- Performs clerical duties such as initiating prior authorizations, notifying patients of treatment approvals and financial responsibilities and scheduling patients.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dermatology or spa environment
Certifications & Licenses: Laser Practitioner license
Schedule: Full-Time, off Tuesdays
Salary: $65k+
