Licensed Medical Aesthetician

We are looking for an experienced aesthetician with a deep passion and knowledge for the aesthetics industry to join our hardworking team. Our ideal candidate should have an understanding about the various aesthetic treatment modalities (lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, hydrofacials, and skincare).

Aesthetician Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consults and treatment plans
• Provide dermaplaning, facials, chemical peels, hydrofacials, microneedling, laser hair removal, and skin care education.
• Document patient care
• Review and analyze the patient history
• Be knowledgeable in all services and products offered
• You may be required to check in clients, answer the phones, and schedule new appointments.
• Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the procedure and enhance the results
• Participate in office events and social media
• Answer all patient questions in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
• Provide pre and post treatment instructions to patients
• Stay up to date on skincare lines that are sold at the medical spa as well as the multitude of services that are offered
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Aesthetician Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of aesthetician experience required
• Highly polished and professional appearance
• Strong knowledge of facials, hydrofacials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser hair removal
• Excellent consultation and customer service skills
• Knowledge and understanding of health records and thorough documentation skills
• Extremely punctual
• Friendly, easy-going, and laid back
• Team-oriented with a positive outlook and willingness to collaborate!

Additional Information:

Starting pay is negotiable based off experience as we are interested in prestige talent. This exciting Aesthetician opportunity also has the potential for skin care sales commission, gratuity & bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
