```Duties```
- Answer phone calls and give status to customers about their jobs
- Receive PO's from companies , and Turn PO's into planning
- Planning consist of turning entering PO's into quickboos and our system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Proven experience working in an office environment with computers and filing
- must have computer literacy with excel , word , and would be even more beneficial if has some sort of foundation on quickbooks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in computer systems,
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Pay: $19.50 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
