An established dermatology practice in the greater Tacoma, WA area is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The practice specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Providers with 2+ years dermatology experience will be considered first.
Responsibilities:
- Flexible schedule (3-4 days per week)
- Monday-Friday schedule, clinic based
- Common conditions treated include acne, atypical moles, eczema, hair/scalp conditions, nail conditions, psoriasis, rosacea, skin cancer, skin infections, etc.
- Dermal fillers, chemical peels, CoolSculpting, Dermaplaning, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, PRP hair restoration, etc.
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State License
- 2+ years dermatology experience
- Knowledge of dermatology procedures, treatments, and terminology
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (EMR)
