Admissions Representative

At Stacey James Institute, we understand your passion for beauty. Our founder, Stacey James, is the successful owner of multiple salons and spas in Colorado and wanted to create a local school where students can feel confident and excited about a career in cosmetology, esthetics, or barbering. We are proud to be part of the National Association of Accredited Cosmetology Schools and the American Association of Cosmetology Schools.

Stacey James Institute is seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process for our beauty school programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to prospective students by participating in career fairs, high school visits, and other networking events
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students interested in our cosmetology, esthetics, and barbering programs
• Give tours of Stacey James Institute's training facilities and salon to prospective students and families
• Advise prospective students on program fit, financial aid options, and career paths within the beauty industry
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process from initial contact to enrollment
• Maintain organized records with status updates on prospective student pipelines using CRM software
• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment goals

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or a related field
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to enable students to achieve career success
• Persistent follow-up skills and ability to convert leads effectively
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.55 - $22.96 per hour
