As the Director or Admissions, you will be working with the community and local healthcare organizations to identify resident referrals and admissions. This position works as part of our Admissions team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with local healthcare organizations to identify and gain resident referrals
- Building relationships with local organizations and families
- Act as a liaison between the facility and referral sources
- Convert referrals to new residents
- Coordinate admissions with the facility team
- Ensure all admission documentation is completed accurately and timely
REQUIREMENTS
- Long term care experience required
- Experience in Admissions/Marketing preferred
- Have a working knowledge or both long term care and personal care
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working with people
