In addition, the Admissions Assistant will demonstrate the following competencies:
- Experience working in a fast paced environment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft suite of products, databases, data entry, and management of data; experience with Veracross/Axiom preferred
- Ability to handle a high volume of communications and tasks
- Ability to juggle several projects/responsibilities simultaneously and meet expected deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation toward several constituencies (i.e. applicant families, current parents, faculty/staff, etc.)
- Event planning and event management experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Salary: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Compensation for full-time employees includes a 403(b) plan with up to a 10% match of salary and other competitive benefits offerings. Benefits offered to eligible employees include health & dental insurance; commuter benefits; long-term disability insurance, and more.
