- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Research availability of parts and provide expert suggestions for compatible substitutions when necessary.
- Provide timely updates on order and return statuses to customers.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments with precision and clarity.
- Complete general office duties to support overall operations.
