Administrative assistant supporting A/P A/R and H/R.
Qualified candidates should have the ability and desire to work in a small business environment. The position requires an energetic team player that possesses good communication skills, quality typing/10 key skills, and excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. This individual must be reliable.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Full administrative support to A/P A/R and H/R, including transportation.
- Invoicing through Sage
- Invoicing through retailer portals.
- Customer service email
- Interaction between A/P A/R H/R and customer service departments.
Requirements
- Retail Link Experience a plus
- Superior typing/10 key Skills, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong Math skills.
- Strong Organization Skills.
Must be reliable
