Job description

Administrative assistant supporting A/P A/R and H/R.

Qualified candidates should have the ability and desire to work in a small business environment. The position requires an energetic team player that possesses good communication skills, quality typing/10 key skills, and excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. This individual must be reliable.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Full administrative support to A/P A/R and H/R, including transportation.
  • Invoicing through Sage
  • Invoicing through retailer portals.
  • Customer service email
  • Interaction between A/P A/R H/R and customer service departments.

Requirements

  • Retail Link Experience a plus
  • Superior typing/10 key Skills, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong Math skills.
  • Strong Organization Skills.

Must be reliable
