The Administrative Assistant ensures the first impression of our Company for our customers and visitors is a great one. Duties and Responsibilities
• Answering phones, directing calls, greeting and directing visitors.
• Support human resources activities including coordinating company meetings and events.
• Support accounting through submittal or processing of accounts payable invoices in a timely manner.
• Check and sort incoming mail daily.
• Maintain adequate office supplies.
• Support sales and engineering with administrative duties.
• Digitally archive sales, quality control and engineering files.
• Ensure reception, kitchen, and conference rooms are presentable and adequately stocked daily.
Qualifications
Education
• High School Diploma required.
