EBM Medical is a medical transaction company that works with healthcare providers to provide affordable medications directly to patient's door. Healthcare provider's choose to work with us because they understand there are medications no longer covered by insurance, and we provide affordable options to ensure patients can remain on their therapy.
We are looking for passionate individuals that enjoy helping others with chronic issues get the medications they need for a quality life. This position calls patients to discuss the prescription and process their order.
This position is in a team environment to reach weekly and monthly goals. The team works to make sure No Patient Left Behind! As team goals are achieved, incentives are provided to exceed expectations and reward high performance. After training, which is typically 90 days, you may be eligible to work from home!
Daily job responsibilities include:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Other duties may include general administration and customer service
The ideal candidate would have the following qualities: * Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Enjoys being part of a team
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
