The Administrator will provide administrative support to the CFO and the Gate 1 Foundation non-profit projects. This position will work closely with the Office Managers in the overseas locations to ensure successful project completion.
CFO Support
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CFO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Review documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signature for format, content, grammar, and spelling and make edits as necessary.
- Process and track registrations and renewals for state registrations, insurance, and other compliance related items as well as assist with audits
Gate 1 Foundation Support
- Identify and propose potential educational institution improvement projects in overseas countries included in Gate 1 tours.
- After obtaining approval from the Leadership team, work with local Office Manager to obtain permits, contractor bids and other additional items for project.
- Manage project timeline and expenditures through completion.
- Involve Product Development team once project is completed so it may be added as an optional in Tour Itinerary.
- Minimum of three years of administrative assistant work experience, preferably supporting a finance executive.
- Experience in the non-profit sector preferred
- Interest in providing educational facility improvements in developing countries.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
