Administrator In Training

Ideal candidate would be located in or around Myrtle Point or Coos Bay Oregon or willing to relocate to Myrtle Point or Coos Bay, OR.
JOB SUMMARY:
As an Administrator in Training (AIT) with Sapphire Health Services you will have the opportunity to have hands on training that allows you to develop a comprehensive skill set used to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Sapphire will provide the tools and guidance to help grow your career!
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive guidance on how to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of a Skilled Nursing facility
• Works closely with the facility Administrator to establish a positive culture of employee engagement
• Learn about partnering with nursing to achieve census expectations
• Obtain Training on how to manage the facility budget
• Administrator in Training will follow Sapphire policies and procedures
• Attend meetings as required including daily Stand-up meeting
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to complete AIT program in a Sapphire facility
