Administrative/Leasing Assistant

California Realty Group is a full service Temecula real estate sales and property management company seeking a full time Administrative/Leasing Assistant. We are looking for someone who presents themselves professionally and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to interact in a fast pace environment and communicate with clients on a daily basis with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Draft correspondence and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule various types of inspections
• Invoice filing
• Process rental applications
• Schedule property showings and inspections
• Assist with tenant lease renewals
• Miscellaneous leasing assistance/follow up

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• At least 1 year of real estate and/or property management experience preferred
• CA Real Estate License Preferred

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 30 minutes-1 hour unpaid lunch. Position has a hybrid work schedule where you will be able to work remotely 2-3 days out of the week, and the remaining days at our Temecula office.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
