We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Analyst. As a Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. This position requires strong administrative skills.
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain billing records
- Review and proofread invoices for accuracy
- Process billing adjustments and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or issues
- Utilize phone systems to make and receive calls related to billing matters
- Transcribe and file important documents
- Assist with order entry and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling customer inquiries
- Ability to transcribe and file documents efficiently
- Comfortable working with computerized systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
