Job Description
De Soap Boutique, a growing skincare company, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Word, and possess strong communication skills. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can effectively manage various administrative tasks.
MUST KNOW QUICKBOOKS
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update financial records using Quickbooks
* Perform data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets and creating reports in Excel
* Assist in preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations using Word
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
* Communicate with clients and team members via phone, email, and in-person
* Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and managing office supplies
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
* Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
