Scheduled hours/days: 7 hours/day. Monday-Friday for 220 work days/year (230 paid days with holidays).
Qualifications Required: High School Diploma is required and a minimum of 3 or more years of Administrative Support and secretarial experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be an organized individual with excellent human relations skills to work with students, parents, and staff. Must maintain confidentiality. Excellent technology (including Google Suite) and public relations skills are required.
Duties: Provide administrative and secretarial support for the ALC Director. Provide excellent customer service and human relations skills in assisting, dealing with, and applying proper phone etiquette, judgment, and discretion. Apply and use word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Implement building-specific procedures, policies, and operational routines such as scheduling, data entry, purchase orders, answering phone calls, office duties, and other duties as assigned.
