Essential Duties
- Travel to scheduled CityKey print locations.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the CityKey Program including Mobile CityKey prints and City Hall printing days.
- Will need transport equipment from City Hall to and from mobile printing site. Set up CityKey equipment and print CityKeys for constituents. This includes loading and unloading, as well as set-up and breakdown of all equipment.
- Will work closely with a rotating group of OCC staff who will be helping at CityKey prints, either functioning as additional printers or as pre-screeners/authenticators.
- This position will be the first line resource for constituent, delegate agency or OCC team questions that arise on site.
- Should be prepared to either answer questions and address issues or escalate up the chain to CityKey Director or Deputy Director.
- This position will sometimes function as an on-site manager for larger CityKey print sites, meaning that they will have to be well versed on CityKey in all aspects, from administrative rules, document screening, printing processes, team roles and technical specs for the CityKey equipment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able/willing to drive.
- Routinely requires lifting, carrying, and transporting documents and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Schedule and attend walk throughs for mobile CityKey print sites.
- Work closely with our delegate agencies to ensure that they have their needs met for prints, materials, equipment, manpower and other potential needs.
- Bi-lingual abilities are a plus, but not necessary.
- Keep and maintain inventory records for CityKey materials such as film, ribbon, cardstock, pens, clipboards, printer cleaning kits, etc.
- Keep and maintain inventory records for CityKey printed materials such as applications, CityKey guides, administrative rules, mobile site calendars, etc.
- Prepares various reports on work or program operations for use by management.
