These Administrative Staff Specialists will be the primary Customer Service Representatives for the
Medicaid Director's office and Fee For Service (FFS) Outreach, answering and responding to calls made
to the Director’s office from recipients, providers, other state offices, etc. They will forward calls, keep a
detailed call log, and assist callers when appropriate.
